Since the American male's identity is substantially defined by what he does, I should say outright that I am a physician. And it tends to keep me busy, sometimes even on weekends. Lest this fact appear to rule out a life outside of work, let me also say that I am energetic and when motivated can find time to do most anything. Energetic enough that I've managed to keep myself in uncommonly good shape (and will forward pics to authenticate, if necessary). Also energetic enough to sustain and cultivate interests in most things related to intellect and culture-art, literature, history, theater, and even some philosophy. If this sounds a little pedantic and serious, but be not misled: I tend not to view myself (and others) too seriously. And if you have been paying attention you've probably surmised that I have and appreciate a sense of humor tending toward the wry and wicked. While there may be wellsprings of dormant poetry inside all of us, I will not attempt to express mine any further with my remaining characters. And in so doing, spare you the cliches.
